Job Title: Manager/Director of Project Execution (Gas Transmission & Distribution)

Location: Massachusetts

Duration: Full-time, permanent

Salary Range: $125,000–$165,000/year

Company Description:

An EPC firm in the energy and renewables space, specializing in gas transmission and distribution (T&D) projects, is seeking a strategic leader to oversee project execution. The company focuses on delivering innovative, high-quality infrastructure solutions while maintaining strong utility relationships and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement standardized project management processes and procedures.
• Oversee project execution for gas T&D projects, including metering and regulating stations.
• Build and lead a project management team, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff.
• Collaborate with utilities and key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, contracts, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Partner with the contract scheduler to meet project timelines and deliverables.

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in project management within the gas T&D industry.
• Strong understanding of metering and regulating station projects.
• Established relationships with utilities and familiarity with regulatory frameworks.
• Leadership experience, including team building and direct report management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Site travel required for on-site project oversight and stakeholder engagement.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
