Job Title : Building Enclosure Consultant

Location : Denver, CO

Duration : Direct Hire/Permanent

Pay Range : 100-130K, DPOE + bonus

We're hiring a Mid to Senior-level engineer for our Building Enclosure Consulting Team, specializing in engineering and consulting services across various sectors.

Responsibilities :

• Lead complex building enclosure projects, providing expertise to internal and external teams.
• Conduct building diagnostics, including assessments, roofing, façade evaluations, and waterproofing.
• Develop design documents for roof replacements, building refurbishments, and related remediation.
• Oversee field investigations, including moisture intrusion and fenestration testing.
• Collaborate with architects and contractors on building envelope details.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for clients.
• Drive business development and contribute to marketing efforts.
• Mentor junior professionals and engage in professional associations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Architecture preferred.
• 5-10 years of Building Enclosure Design and Assessment experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• NCARB Registered Architect (RA) strong preferred.
• IIBEC designation strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
