Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury pre-litigation cases.
• Conduct detailed case evaluations to determine liability and damages.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates, gather necessary information, and address concerns.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and other parties to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Collaborate with legal staff and case managers to ensure efficient handling of files.
• Review medical records, police reports, and other relevant documentation to build strong cases.
• Maintain thorough and organized case notes and records.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in California.
• Must have significant experience in personal injury law.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to resolve cases effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Client-focused approach with a commitment to achieving the best outcomes.
