Minimum of 5+ years of experience with a management or IT consulting firm, or in a similar industry role.
Proven expertise in Organizational Change Management ; certifications preferred.
Experience with ERP adoption and related change initiatives highly desired.
Strong understanding of industry methods for project management , process improvement , and change management .
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver creative, well-written communication for senior leadership.
Self-starter, team player, and effective leader in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
