Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating production schedules to ensure efficient operations within our manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer demands and inventory levels.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.

Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to manage inventory and production processes effectively.

Analyze production data to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement strategies for process enhancement.

Monitor production performance metrics and adjust schedules as necessary to meet operational goals.

Communicate with stakeholders regarding schedule changes, delays, or potential issues affecting production timelines.

Apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and reduce waste throughout the production process.

Provide mechanical knowledge support to troubleshoot equipment issues that may impact scheduling.

Requirements

Experience in production planning or a related field, with understanding of supply chain processes.

Familiarity with MRP systems and their application in manufacturing environments.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling tasks.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Experience in fabrication processes is a plus, enhancing your understanding of production workflows.
