Job Summary:
The Business Analyst (Mid-Level) will be responsible for driving complex projects by collaborating with stakeholders to gather high-level requirements, conducting in-depth business process analyses, and recommending actionable, data-driven solutions. This role requires a proactive professional with a strategic mindset and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define and document complex business objectives, workflows, and requirements.
- Perform deep-dive analyses of business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Translate intricate business requirements into comprehensive functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor business performance and project outcomes.
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate and manage workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture and validate requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end testing processes, including developing UAT scripts and coordinating testing efforts with stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of implemented solutions, recommending adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
- Deep understanding of business process modeling, requirements elicitation techniques, and project lifecycle methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with enterprise systems, ERP platforms, or cloud-based technologies is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to the industry is a plus.
