Are you a highly skilled Java Lead Developer with expertise in Microservices? We’re looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in the IT industry to join our dynamic team!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of engineers in a Global Onshore-Offshore delivery model.
• Design, develop, and deploy Java microservices applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and estimate user stories.
• Create core frameworks, reusable components, and high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10 years of experience in RESTful APIs, Java/J2EE, Spring, and AWS EKS.
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL, API Gateways (e.g., Apigee), and Kafka/Rabbit MQ.
• Expertise in design patterns, domain-driven design, and secure coding practices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jira, Github, Jenkins, and DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Agile enthusiast with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
