Job Title: Business Analyst – Oracle Testing Specialist

Job Type: Time & Materials (T&M) Contract

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in testing Oracle Energy and Water applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with functional leads and stakeholders to support the testing and implementation lifecycle of approximately 10 solution sets, along with related processes, integrations, and extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scenario Development: Create comprehensive test scenarios based on requirements.
• Script Development: Write and manage test scripts with traceability.
• Data Preparation: Identify and prepare data for testing.
• Test Execution: Execute test cases and document results.
• Defect Management: Identify, log, and re-test defects.
• Reporting: Generate detailed test execution results and status reports.

Project Objectives:

• Ensure delivered solutions meet defined requirements.
• Maintain schedule, scope, and budget integrity throughout the project.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle Energy and Water application testing .
• Proven expertise in Oracle implementation testing processes.
• Proficiency in using test management tools like JIRA and Zephyr.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
• Collaborative interpersonal skills with patience and respect for team dynamics.
