ServiceNow Architect - 2 days onsite for a week at Baltimore, MD - Contract

Minimum Experience-

• At least five (5) years of expert-level experience in an enterprise IT environment, supporting computer hardware, software, and enterprise applications.
• A minimum of five (5) years of verifiable experience as a ServiceNow architect, administrator, or in a related role.
• At least five (5) years of hands-on experience in designing and developing incident, problem, and change management modules within ServiceNow, along with building and managing the Service Catalog.
• A minimum of two (2) years of proven expertise in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, including a deep understanding of tables, fields, forms, and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and the implementation of Configuration Management Databases (CMDB).
