Function:

Reporting to the VP of Construction, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of an entire project by overseeing and directing all Project Team Members, including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Admins, Architects, Consultants…etc. The Senior Project Manager interfaces directly with the Client, and is fully responsible for success and profitability of each project within their group.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction
• 5+ years of management experience, overseeing staff
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• In depth knowledge of construction procedures and documentation
• In depth knowledge of financial and accounting processes for construction projects
• In depth knowledge of construction standards and quality
