About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Nights
• Hours: 8:00PM to 6:30AM
• Setting: Hospital

Responsibilities:
The Administrator on Duty will be responsible for:

• Managing hospital operations and ensuring smooth workflows during assigned shifts
• Conducting rounds across patient care and support areas to maintain high-quality standards
• Supervising and assisting staff, providing guidance, and resolving patient care issues
• Addressing patient and family concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
• Leading emergency response efforts and ensuring compliance with emergency protocols
• Supporting drills and training for emergency preparedness
• Monitoring adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Facilitating clear and effective communication between departments
• Preparing detailed reports on incidents, operational issues, and patient care concerns for senior leadership
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• 2-5 years in healthcare management or an administrative role, preferably within a hospital setting
• Leadership and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality improvement processes
• Ability to perform under pressure and make informed decisions
