A Community Health Center in Manhattan is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team.
About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Ongoing (Contract to Hire)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Hours: 8:30a-5p
Responsibilities:
The Executive Assistant will:
- Provide high-level administrative support, project coordination, and strategic involvement in the operations of the Chief Operating Officer (COO)/Compliance Officer & Chief Medical Officer (CMO) office.
- Coordinates incoming and outgoing correspondence, in-service presentations, provider credentialing (in conjunction with the Human Resources Department), scheduling of meetings and education, documentation of meetings through minutes and action items, maintenance of filing systems, and other administrative functions.
- Works closely with the Executive Office Manager and other assistant teams across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Professional with excellent organizational, management, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer and software skills. Ability to use current software including Word, Excel, presentation/power point and database systems.
- Ability to interpret and adapt guidelines to specific situations, handle multiple projects and activities, meet established timelines, and effectively communicate orally and in writing.
Desired Skills:
- Master's Degree Preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is strongly preferred.
