Background Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with printing and laminations for flexible packaging using materials such as papers, films, foils, and sealants is desired.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical and professional leadership to resolve customer and manufacturing problems while managing assigned projects effectively.
• Develop new products and processes in response to customer input and ensure successful trials and interactions with customers, management, marketing, sales, and suppliers.
