Job Title: Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable AssociateJob DescriptionnnWe are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Associate with 1-3 years of experience in either AR or AP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying and matching vendor invoices with receiving documents, reconciling expense reports and receipts, and ensuring transactions are correctly classified between locations.nnResponsibilitiesnnVerify and match vendor invoices with receiving documents.nnReconcile expense reports and receipts.nnMatch inventory purchases with vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies.nnInvoice customers and ensure correct pricing.nnVerify the correct salesperson for each customer and calculate commissions.nnUpdate customer contact information.nnProcess credit card payments, checks, wires, and ACH payments; reconcile daily.nnMake weekly collection calls/emails for past-due accounts.nnProcess freight and storage billings.nnEnsure transactions are correctly classified between locations.nnEssential Skillsnn1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.nnExperience with SAP.nnStrong knowledge of finance.nnProficiency in invoice processing, reconciliation, data entry, and general ledger.nnAdditional Skills & QualificationsnnHigh School degree with relevant experience or a degree in a related field.nnExperience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.nnHR experience is a plus.nnWork EnvironmentnnThis position requires working in the office with hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
