Sr. Network Engineer:

• Active Cisco CCNP Certification Required
• Advanced Troubleshooting experience in large enterprise networks.
• Experience with CMDBs and ITOMs (ServiceNow)
• Interface with Network Architects as well as Network Administrators

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deploy LAN/WAN network infrastructure
• Responsible for 2nd/3rd level troubleshooting for LAN/WAN alerts and issues
• Produce and maintain documentation related to all systems developed/deployed
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, sd-wan. wireless (Cisco Meraki))
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Conduct technical training to internal resources
