Va de Vi is seeking a Sous Chef who is passionate, adaptable, and excited to contribute to the success of an independent restaurant. Staying true to its international small plates concept, the menu is chef-driven and features microseasonal changes. Ideal candidates should bring a collaborative mindset, strong managerial skills, and a commitment to maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.
