Proposed Expert Level Resource must have:

· A minimum of ten 10 years of professional project or program management experience.

Formal education in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field can be substituted for the following years of experience.

Proposed Expert Level Resource must have demonstrated ability in the following:

• Tracking a project’s performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

• Creating and maintaining detailed documentation and providing timely updates to stakeholders.

• Creating detailed project plans and schedules.

• Performing quality control on a project throughout development to maintain expected standards.

• Utilization of industry Project Management software and tools.

It’s desirable for the proposed Expert Level Resource to have:

• Certifications from a recognized certification institution in the pertinent technology field that reflects and demonstrates a mastery of the subject matter.

Such certifications as (but not limited to): Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Manager Agile Certified Practitioner (Project Manager-ACP), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM), Program Management Professional (PgMP), etc.

It is desirable for the proposed Expert Level Resource to have experience with the following Software and Services:
