Ferretti Search is retained on a search with a manufacturer of highly engineered industrial metal products to find an experienced and motivated Quality Manager . This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and improve quality systems for a close-knit business unit while being backed by the resources of a larger organization.

Location: Easton, PA

Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 base salary (dependent on experience) + 7.5% bonus

Benefits : Health / Vision / Dental (Day-One) + Unlimited PTO .

Schedule: 100% on-site with flexibility for occasional remote work and flexible start/end times

What will your day look like?

• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the quality team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Hands-On Oversight: Lead ISO 9001 compliance, inspect and approve parts, and resolve quality issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Cross-Functional Impact: Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to address non-conformance issues, enhance processes, and meet compliance standards.

• Experienced Leader: Bring proven leadership experience within manufacturing or metals environments, ideally with small teams.
• Hands-On Manager: Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to tackle quality challenges and meet deadlines.
• Strong Communicator: Skilled at collaborating with diverse teams, customers, and vendors to drive quality improvements.

What do you bring to the table?

• Proven Expertise: Experience in manufacturing, quality systems (ISO 9001), and metals and/or micro-components.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Visual Infor, VMS, ERP systems, or statistical tools like Minitab is a plus.
• Adaptable Professional: Able to work effectively in a legacy small-business culture while driving change and process improvements.
