Our state-of-the-art facility in O’Fallon, MO is dedicated to producing high-quality products efficiently and sustainably. We are seeking a skilled Senior Industrial Maintenance Electrician to join our dynamic team and contribute to maintaining and improving our operations.


Position Overview:

The Senior Industrial Maintenance Electrician is responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery across our manufacturing facility. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of industrial equipment, as well as leading improvement projects to enhance reliability and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

Electrical repair and installation.

Machinery maintenance, repair of banding machines, stretch wrappers, welders, compactors and air compressors.

Experience with small and large scale repairs and rebuilds on mechanical punch presses, press brakes and shears, preferred.

Effectively communicate with appropriate parties regarding machinery repair status.

HVAC service.

Building maintenance and repair of lighting systems, plumbing and carpentry.

Welding and fabrication, pipefitting, hydraulics and pneumatics.

Maintain all internal and external facilities and equipment for proper operation and safety.

Respond to requests affecting production operations.

Maintain and purchase adequate inventory of spare parts, materials and equipment for preventative and corrective maintenance purposes.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification in electrical technology preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs (troubleshooting and programming), VFDs, and electrical control systems.
  • Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints.
  • Familiarity with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability for occasional overtime or weekend work.
