Role: Quality Validation Engineer

Shift: 1st Shift (typically 40 hours/week)

Location: Holdrege, NE (ONSITE ONLY)

Duration: 24 Months

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Required: B.S. degree
• Desired: B.S. degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical preferred)

Experience:

• 3+ years in Quality Engineering, with experience in Validation and Quality Engineering responsibilities
• Proficient in statistical and problem-solving methodologies
• Strong knowledge of Quality Engineering principles , especially in the context of medical device validation
• Familiarity with failure analysis , test methods , and engineering tolerances
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in tools like Minitab or other statistical software, MS Word, Excel , and MS Project
• Six Sigma Certification and ASQ CQE are desired
• Familiar with 21CFR820 and ISO 13485 standards
