Job Title : R&D Engineer

Duration : 12 Months (W2 Contract)

Shift Timings : 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced R&D Engineer to join our team in St. Paul, MN. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and problem-solving skills and will play a critical role in system integration testing, requirements development, and root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform integration testing to ensure seamless functionality between systems at various milestones.
• Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis to develop effective solutions.
• Develop system or product requirements to guide developers in designing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system and product functionality.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with integration testing and system-level problem-solving.
• Knowledge of DOORS or Windchill (preferred but not required).
• Prior experience in the medical device industry is highly preferred.
• Background in Systems Engineering is highly desired.
• Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) is a strong plus.
