We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Administrator and Customer Support Manager  to oversee our administrative operations, customer support, and basic bookkeeping functions. This critical role ensures seamless business operations while providing excellent support to our clients and customers.


Key Responsibilities


  • Customer Support : Collaborate with the logistics team to address and resolve client and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Bookkeeping : Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections. Perform routine bookkeeping tasks and ensure the accuracy of financial records by reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • CPA Liaison : Serve as the primary contact for our CPA, providing accurate and timely financial data.
  • Payroll Administration : Oversee payroll, including timekeeping, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and confidential business records with a focus on organization and compliance.
  • General Administration : Support the team by performing diverse tasks as needed, ensuring operational efficiency and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.


Job Requirements


  • Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communication : Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience collaborating effectively with staff, management, vendors, and clients.
  • Experience : A minimum of 5 years in an administrative, bookkeeping, or customer support role.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical abilities.
  • Accounting Knowledge : Familiarity with journal entries, debits, credits, and account reconciliations.
  • Problem-Solving : Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues independently and efficiently.
  • Adaptability : Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities as the business needs evolve.
