SPS+ Architects is hiring a Proposal Coordinator for our Scottsdale, AZ office!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

SPS+ Architects is looking for a driven Proposal Coordinator with experience in responding to public sector RFQs . This position executes the maintenance of proposal assets, including company profiles, staff resumes, bios, project sheets, and proposal narratives. Additionally, this person will oversee the company’s vendor registrations and gather qualification packages and assist with other marketing, graphics, and document preparation activities. This is an entry to mid-level position for someone with A/E/C Marketing experience eager to learn new skills and be a critical member of the Marketing team.


THE HEART OF YOUR ROLE: RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate bios and staff resumes, manage updates
  • Populate project data into templates, coordinate updates
  • Maintain library of proposal narratives, ensure consistency
  • Analyze public sector client RFQ/RFP requests and assist with error-free, compliant proposal preparation
  • Assist in maintenance of Unanet CRM Database
  • Develop, communicate, and execute proposal outline and production schedule
  • Facilitate proposal discussions to ensure strategic alignment
  • Review and ensure proposal quality and compliance
  • Assist with general marketing duties, such as event planning and social media posting, as needed

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years' AEC industry experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign
  • Intermediate Adobe Photoshop skills preferred
  • Experience with a CRM system, ideally Unanet
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively
  • Proven writing and editing skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred (liberal arts degree preferred)
