Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing commercial G.C. construction projects valued at $50 million or more. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee all aspects of the construction process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on the construction site.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent for commercial G.C. companies.
• Proven experience managing projects valued at $50 million or more.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
