Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Specialty: Intensive Care / Coronary Nurse (ICU)
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (19:00-07:30), rotating weekends
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in ICU
License: Current unencumbered RN license required
Certifications: Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS required, ACLS and NIHSS required, PALS and TNCC preferred
Must-Have: Previous ICU experience preferred
Job Description:
- Provide high-quality care to patients experiencing complex and high-risk conditions.
- Utilize advanced knowledge and experience to support patients in critical care settings.
- Conduct intensive monitoring, assessments, and interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR.
- Participate actively in unit meetings and continuing education.
- Holiday coverage required.
