Prodigy is looking for a Proposal Manager to join our team! Reporting to the Director, Pre-Construction the Proposals Manager will work closely with the senior management teams and operations in developing and submitting proposals.

As a Proposal Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Lead the end-to-end process for proposal development including coordination, planning, improvement, and creation including but not limited to:
- Review of Request for Proposal documents
- Filing, organizing, and distributing Proposal related documents
- Define and manage the proposal response plan, and internal communications associated with the proposal development
- Participate in proposal strategy meetings
- Creatively and effectively draft the complete layout, written, graphic, photo content specific to each proposal
- Manage, plan, and inform team on proposal development and prequalification’s for projects
- Collaborate with management and operations teams to manage and maintain the bid schedule, develop content and source material for submissions
- Assembly of all Proposal documents
- Support efforts to monitor submissions against proposal best practices and industry standards.
- Collection of data on client and projects schedules for the business
- Clerical and administrative duties as required
- Other tasks related to the position as assigned
About You:
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the Construction industry, as a Proposal Manager, Project Manager/Coordinator
- Experience with developing, scheduling, and managing proposals in construction professional services will be considered an asset
- High level of experience in MS Office (Word, Project, Power Point, Excel), Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam is required
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator is an asset
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional business acumen and professional attitude
- Experience in a team-oriented environment
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment and operate within tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Understanding of CCDC Documents will be considered an asset
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
- Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, excluding statutory holidays.
- Travel may be required to regional offices and clients, based on business needs
