Seeking Assitant Kitchen Manager for busy kitchen.  Opportunity to advance to Kitchen Manager position.

Additional Question (must be answered to be considered for the position)
*Provide to me the following answer to this question.  You did food inventory on Sunday and had $5000 worth of product on hand.  During the week you purchased $2000 worth of food.  Total food sales for the week was $25,000 and you ended the week (Saturday) with $4000 worth of food.  Doing the calculation.  What food cost percentage did you wind up with. 

Skills you must have
*Ability to read and write in English
*Kitchen Spanish would be helpful
*Math knowledge.  Understanding how to come up and measure food costs
*Ability to cook and understand variety of cooking methods
*Able to perform in the practical exam.  You will be asked to prepare a dish of your choice with the ingredients we have on hand.
