Qualified candidates will have:

• Experience working in a small business, bakery, cafe or coffee shop
• Experience supervising guest experience, labeling food, developing and producing excellent coffee drinks, teas, and cheeseboards
• Open and closing cash drawers, overseeing facility, health department, hiring and scheduling
• Availability on weekends for special fun events - holiday availability is highly preferred
