The Server Assistant at Coach House offers an opportunity for the team to stay ahead of polishing, clearing, and resetting tables, in order to offer an intimate and valuable experience to our guests. The Server Assistant is part of a 3-person FOH team that executes Friday/Saturday tasting menu services, and is expected to maintain a sense of urgency, professionalism, and polish throughout their time. This position supports Coach House primarily, but will at times be expected to support our cocktail bar in-the-front, Lilac Tiger.
