n* Delegates authority to PTA’s and Technicians

n**Clinical:**
n
n* Maintains productivity level at department target
n* Evaluates and establishes treatment plan for any patient referred to Physical Therapy
n* Remains competent in the following areas: Evaluation skills, Modalities such as heat, cold, ultrasound, and electrotherapy, Therapeutic exercise, Gait training, Wheelchair transfers
n* Attends and provides continuing education in-servicing
n* Serves as mentor for new employee(s) or volunteers
n* Serves as clinical instructor after one year of experience as a clinician
n* Completes documentation according to all regulations and in a timely manner
n
n**Budget:**
n
n* Remains within monthly budget when ordering equipment and supplies
n* Charges patients appropriately and in a timely manner for treatment and equipment
n
n**Other:**
n
n* Must be competent in use of computer for documentation and charging purposes
n
n**Requirements:**
n
n* Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
n* Must hold a current state License based on facility location
n* Must be certified in CPR
n* Must demonstrate competency in assessment and treatment of the following areas where applicable: Neonates/Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
