Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Details Registered Nurse (RN) position at Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, Arizona. Candidates must have a home address in Arizona as per the driver's license. 24 months minimum of current Emergency Room experience required. Job Requirements Active Arizona RN License (verification must be less than 30 days old). Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and included in submission - REQUIRED. No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED. Schedule Information Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed. All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days. RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment. Unit Specific Information Candidates must be preclosed and ready to accept assignments. Additional Details Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission. Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms). Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment.
