Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Details Registered Nurse (RN) position at Banner Gateway Medical Center Emergency Room specialty Candidates must have a home address in Arizona Job Requirements 24 months minimum of current Emergency Room experience - REQUIRED Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old) Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED Schedule Information Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment Unit Specific Information All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page Additional Details Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment
