Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment. General Job duties include types of procedures required. Job Requirements Proof of flu vaccination or facility approved application for medical or religious exception will be required prior to contract start date. 2-10 years experience required. Schedule Information 12-hour shifts - Night (1845 to 0715) scheduled. 36 hours per week following first week of orientation. No guarantee of hours. Unit Specific Information Floating to other units/departments: Medical Unit; Laulima Unit; Cardiovascular Unit (on rare occasions). Nurse to patient ratio: Medical 1:6 for days and eves, 1:8 for nights; Laulima 1:6; Cardiovascular 1:4.
