Description Job Description: We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support our project teams in the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. The APM will work closely with Project Managers, field teams, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to grow their career in construction project management. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple construction projects. Support the Project Manager in developing project timelines, budgets, and schedules. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met. Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes. Coordinate with project teams to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of the project. Prepare and assist in bid packages, procurement of materials, and contract administration. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites. Provide administrative support to the project team, including managing schedules and project files. Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred). 0-2 years of experience in construction project management or as an assistant project manager (preferably with a general contractor). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.). Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
