The General Superintendent' job is to provide on-site coordination for all phases of multiple construction projects. This may include coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, and proceeding on schedule and within budget. This position will focus on multifamily projects in the commercial construction industry. Client Details Our client is an award winning local GC focused on high end multifamily projects. This is a Denver, Colorado based role. Description Key responsibilities for the General Superintendent include Running/managing up to 14 multifamily projects from start to finish Overseeing Project Superintendents and full construction project on a daily basis Coordinating subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods. Establishing and maintaining an effective and professional onsite working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project. Enforcing a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project. This is a Denver, Colorado based role. Profile The Successful Applicant Lead Construction Superintendent must have the following: GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Wood frame Multifamily experience required- 8 years experience. Strong track record leading multiple projects concurrently Podium build multifamily experience preferred. Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.
