Are you an ace at administrative tasks, are you dynamic and comfortable with computers? The private seniors' residence Le Flandre, located in Limoilou, is looking for its next rare gem to fill a full-time administrative assistant position. The person will have to: participate in OHS committees and other management committees, make lease modifications, process expense accounts, process payroll and produce various reports.


POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Salary: starting at $24.84 per hour


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • All other related tasks
  • Assist the General Manager with daily administrative tasks
  • Complete lease requests
  • Ensure good customer service by responding to customer email or telephone requests
  • Enter data into various systems
  • Help prepare certain documents
  • Produce monthly reports
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Administrative experience required
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software
  • Knowledge of Hopem, Sensaas, Agile Synerion software an asset
