COSCO SHIPPING LINES (North America) Inc. is seeking a Tariffs & Service Contract coordinator to join the Global Sales Division within the headquarters in Secaucus, NJ.
- Assist management to meet sales budget goals on revenue.
- Analyze service contracts, cargo flow, and revenue.
- Make recommendations to management on revenue increase with detailed strategy.
- Guide sales team, sales support, contract team on tariff changes & service contract updates to meet management targets.
- Update master file of export sales guidelines on internal systems, and input per management's direction.
- Update tariffs when filling with FMC on share internal systems.
- Coordinate with other offices on space management to fill up every container vessel.
- Guide our other offices regarding allocation on individual service, and update when needed.
- Work directly with Customer Service corporate accounts.
- Work with principle and global office to support sales on US export/import.
- Establish, implement, and enforce operational and customer service related business processes to optimize product performance, identify potential opportunities in cost redundancies.
- Complete US export & Import tariff filing request and meet FMC requirement.
- Prepare contracts, check approvals, data entry, proof reading, and filing.
