Our client, a leading liquified natural gas provider, is seeking a mid-level associate with a dynamic law firm to join their legal team, focusing on drafting and negotiating a wide range of engineering, procurement and construction agreements, procurement contracts, purchase orders and services
agreements to support the development, design, engineering, procurement and construction of their export facilities and natural gas pipelines, as well as assist with other corporate and transactional matters. This role will be working closely with the project engineering and development teams, leading or co-leading the process of structuring, drafting and negotiating the foregoing scope of agreements. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced construction lawyer to guide and contribute to some of the largest and most-capital intensive energy infrastructure projects globally.
Applicants must have the following qualifications in order to be considered:
• Four to eight years of experience working at a large law firm, with experience drafting and negotiating construction, procurement and similar agreements for large scale energy projects, and preferably for LNG facilities.
