We are seeking an RN - Care Team Leader to: * Function as the Dialysis team leader in the provision of acute and chronic dialysis care and treatments on a nine bed Hemodialysis Unit and ICU Units. * Act as a front-line nursing leader with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Lead nursing staff while working in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. * Mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills. * Direct and lead nursing staff to ensure delivery of remarkable healthcare, efficient operations, and sound financial management.
