Position Overview - Full-time position with flexible 10-hour shifts
- Choice of W2 or 1099 employment status
- Competitive compensation package up to $550K annually
- Substantial $100K sign-on bonus for community-based physicians
Core Responsibilities - Provide emergency medical care in a Level II Trauma Center
- Manage diverse patient populations and complex trauma cases
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Utilize Epic EHR system for patient documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications - ABEM Board Certification
- Active North Dakota Medical License or eligible for licensure
- Current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of emergency medicine experience preferred
- Proven experience in trauma care and advanced procedures
Compensation & Benefits - W2 Base Rate: $250/hour plus $10/hour quality bonus
- 1099 Contractor Rates: $275-$285/hour plus quality bonus
