Job Summary: Pick, receive, distribute, and put away parts in correct pre-determined locations. Perform daily 5S tasks to ensure lab safety and audit readiness. Perform basic problem solving to help resolve issues. Proactively find and resolve safety issues. Work with a diverse team to achieve daily schedules.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage incoming deliveries along with the unloading, processing, sorting, and storage of received products/materials/components in a timely manner utilizing material handling equipment.
- Maintain accurate receiving/inventory records that effectively document the internal product flow.
- Examine, monitor, and audit stock and distribute materials accordingly.
- Follow Kanban practices daily to ensure all material replenishment is properly received, distributed, and stored/kitted.
- Perform manual and clerical shipping duties utilizing various systems (WMS) involved in receipt and preparation of outbound materials/goods/components for shipment.
- Collaborate, coordinate, monitor, and manage workflow assisting in the scheduling and prioritization of outbound shipments.
- Maintain compliance with relevant local, country, and international guidelines.
- Provide accurate, timely reporting on the status of outbound shipments.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a continuous focus on maintaining quality and safety standards.
Required Qualifications: - High school degree (or equivalent degree).
- No experience required, will train.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs infrequently.
Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in reach truck operation (standing forklift and scissor lifts).
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Working knowledge of Oracle.
