Role: Bilingual Outside Sales Representative
Contract: 8 months
Location: Montreal. Travel within Montreal and Ottawa is required.
Our client is looking to onboard Bilingual Outside Sales Representative on contract basis for 12 months working on-site in Montreal location.

Responsibilites:
- The successful bilingual candidate will make an impact by managing a designated territory and helping customers succeed by building and executing territory plans tied to the sales strategy for the product portfolio and new custom smiles solution product portfolio.
- Sell and promote products and services to dental customers and dealer network within the assigned territory.
- Create demand for Solventum Dental products and services at the end-user level.
- Proactively manage new and existing accounts to maximize sales and reach sales objectives.
- Use proven sales methods and innovative approaches to meet targets and create growth, prioritizing sales opportunities and interfacing with all levels at an account to effectively manage customer relationships.
- Provide regular direction, communication and work collaboratively with the Management team.
What you need to succeed:
- 3-5 years proven sales experience, including distribution relationship management.
- Demonstrated high-level selling ability and a track record of developing strong client and distributor relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are essential.
- Ability to work with a distribution network and develop key relationships with both the clinical dental team and our valued reselling partners.
- Ability to manage a large portfolio of products that will require technical knowledge to determine the need Knowledge of Salesforce would be an asset
- University degree, with preference for Business or Sciences (Preferred) Consideration will be given to candidates having a post-secondary education AND industry experience/knowledge or dental clinical knowledge.
- Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle is required.
