About the Role:
This Client Services Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that clients receive concierge-level service and solutions aligned with the organization’s commitment to excellence. From the moment an inquiry is received to the successful completion of a booking, you will ensure every interaction is professional, seamless, and exceeds expectations.
You are instrumental in managing our back-office client operations, supporting the full administrative life-cycle of client cases. This includes receiving client intake, establishing and formalizing client service requests, and coordinating internal service delivery.

A Typical Day:
- Provide outstanding client service by assisting clients, answering inquiries, and managing correspondence
- Act as an expert with clients across all service offerings
- Create estimates and assist clients with questions and revisions
- Coordinate bookings, including inputting data across internal systems
- Match resources to booking requirements and scheduling resources to meet client needs
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to support service delivery.
- Arranges and coordinates services such as boardroom bookings, video conferencing and rentals
- Assist with various projects associated with the department including food and beverage services and room and technology set ups
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implements solutions that ensure greater client/resource satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support
- Maintain a welcoming, professional environment for clients, guests, and team members
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- Professional services experience or a similar fast-paced professional corporate environment
- 3+ years of exceptional client services, administrative, data-entry and coordination skills paired with experience handling multiple complex files and competing priorities

- Locations is downtown Toronto
- Daily on-site support (potential for one WFH day)
- Salary range is $65-75K depending on experience + discretionary bonus
- Full benefits after 3 months
- 3 weeks’ vacation
