POSITION SUMMARY, PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Client Services Coordinator to support the Director of Client Services and Senior Vice President. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating client information into various databases, ensuring that data is up-to-date, complete, and correctly formatted. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential sensitive client data. The Client Services Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Client Services to help manage and streamline client records, communications, and related administrative tasks.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately input and update client information into CRM systems and other internal databases.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Assist the Director of Client Services with the preparation and organization of client reports, presentations, and communications.
  • Maintain and update client files, ensuring all relevant information is stored properly.
  • Process and track client service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Assist in generating regular reports on client status, inquiries, and trends for the Director of Client Services.
  • Respond to internal and external data requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all client data.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the Director of Client Services and team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or office management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
  • Experience with CRM software or other database management tools is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information
