The ServiceNow Implementation Specialist will be responsible for:
Role and Responsibilities
- Designing and configuring ServiceNow Product suites (GRC, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HR, CSM etc)Guide developers in building custom new applications and corresponding Service processes
- Coordinate with your respective Product System Administrator counterpart and/or Platform System Administrator (if applicable) and assist when new ServiceNow patches/releases are applied to instances
- Providing ServiceNow configuration assistance including, but not limited to: data imports and software integrations
- Assisting in troubleshooting patch / release management issues focusing on specific product (IT, HR, GRC, CSM etc.,)Develop UI forms, fields, notifications and workflows
- Maintain JavaScript server/client code
- Create new HR service catalog requests and items with variables
- Create, monitor, modify, and publish service catalog workflows with approvals
- Create an access control rule (ACL)
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 4+ years’ experience in ServiceNow as a System Implementor or similar responsibility
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Portal Widget Technology
- Working knowledge of relational databases
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience implementing, configuring and customizing ServiceNow
- Integration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPsWeb Services integration experience
