We are seeking a dynamic individual to add to our Moncton team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently . You will play an important role, by sourcing qualified candidates to insure clients needs are met.

What you'll do:

• Actively identify and qualify exceptional candidates, matching them with rewarding career opportunities
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Develop and maintain industry connections, becoming a trusted partner
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Results driven : motivated by goals and quotas with a commitment to high standards
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
