Regional Medical Director Opportunity - Brooklyn, NY


Location: Brooklyn, NY 11212

Salary: $300k-$320k

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Setting: In-Person Clinic + Occasional Home Care (1x/month)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee medical care at multiple clinics.
  • Supervise and support interdisciplinary teams.
  • Lead provider operations, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Manage quality assurance programs and drive innovative care models.
  • Participate in clinical coverage and collaborate with other organizations to enhance patient outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • MD from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certification in Family Practice (Geriatric Medicine preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ staff supervision experience and familiarity with value-based care.
  • Licensed to practice medicine in New York State.
  • Passionate about working with frail and elderly populations.


Preferred Experience:

  • Background in advanced primary care, managed care, or startups.
  • Expertise in population health and data-driven decision-making.
