Location: West Chester, Ohio

Schedule:

Weekday Rotation: The weekly schedule rotates as follows:

• Week 1: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Week 2: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Week 3: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Every 6th week - 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM with on-call until 10:00 PM

Weekend Rotation:

• Every 3rd weekend - Saturday 10a-2p
• Every 6th weekend - Saturday/Sunday 9a-4p

Specialization: Long Term Care

Pay: $125-130k/year based on experience

Job Duties:

• Assist and manage pharmacy technicians as required and as necessary
• Assist with phone calls as necessary
• Manage the staffing schedule to meet the needs of the pharmacy
• Oversee proper inventory management and medication ordering
• Assist with and oversee Medication Returns and E-Kit management
• Develop and supervise medication management systems to ensure that adequate supplies of medications are available to meet resident care needs, stored under appropriate and secure conditions, delivered to residents in a timely, safe, and efficient manner, and labeled appropriately.
• Evaluate medication administration to verify that it conforms with the prescriber’s orders

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist
• Previous retail or LTC experience preferred
