The Role: Executive Recruiter – Office Support

We’re seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our client’s Accounting/Finance Division , focusing on office support roles. You’ll recruit for positions such as:

  1. Executive/Personal Assistants
  2. Office Managers
  3. HR Professionals
  4. Receptionists
  5. Talent Acquisition Specialists


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , including sourcing, screening, and preparing candidates for interviews.
  • Use innovative sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, networking, referrals) to find top-tier candidates.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews, reference checks, and negotiate job offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
  • Prospect and manage client relationships to expand your portfolio.
  • Keep a robust network of candidates through the firm’s applicant tracking system.
  • Strengthen client and candidate connections by meeting in person for long-term success.


What We’re Looking For:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.

Relevant Experience: 1-3 years in administration, sales, or recruitment.

Communication Pro: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

High Energy & Results-Oriented: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
