Role: Recruiter - Recruitment Agency

Base Salary : $65,000-$75,000

The Person:

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience working in a 180 delivery position.
• Track record of personal success or competitiveness.
• Confident to work in a sales environment.
• Strong communication/listening skills.
• Able to demonstrate a natural hunger and drive to succeed.
• Ability to headhunt both passive and active candidates.

The Role:

• Recruiter - Life Sciences - 180 position.
• Role will include resourcing candidates, vetting, interviewing and building relationships.
• Developing new business and building client relationships.
• Attending client meetings.
• Taking job briefs.
• Working closely with Management to make sure you are successful!
• Attending networking events.
